Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and forward‑thinking HR professional to lead full‑cycle recruitment and support a broad range of generalist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead and manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, workforce plans, and effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
Compliance & HR Operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, pay transparency, and others).
• Conduct internal audits, maintain accurate and compliant employee records, and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor evolving HR compliance requirements and deliver timely updates and training to leadership and staff.
Employee Relations & Performance
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide guidance to managers on coaching, documentation, and corrective action processes.
HR Systems, Benefits & Reporting
• Assist with benefits administration and ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and support analytics‑driven decision‑making.
• Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM‑CP or PHR preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated expertise in recruitment and compliance.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multi‑state employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or scaling organization.
Technical Skills
• HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, BambooHR)
• Recruiting and ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Payscale, Korn Ferry)
• HR analytics tools for workforce insights (e.g., Tableau HR dashboards, Power BI)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AI‑driven HR tools
