Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to enhance our HR functions and drive initiatives that promote a thriving workplace culture. This role will involve developing strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to align our team’s goals with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the overall business strategy. 
*    Manage the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees. 
*    Oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback. 
*    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies. 
*   **Supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement.**
*    Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture. 
*    Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues. 
*    Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills. 
*    Maintain HR metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

*   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
*    Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 
*    In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. 
*   **Hands-on experience in payroll management, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and payroll software.**
*    Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
*    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
*    Ability to think strategically while executing effectively. 
*    Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on employee development.
