Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Flexible (15–20 hours/week), with hours determined collaboratively based on team needs and candidate availability
Location: Onsite, North Tonawanda, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and presentations
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Preferred Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
