At Protocase Inc./45Drives Ltd., we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, workforce development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a broad foundation in Human Resources while helping us attract, support, and retain great people.
About the Role
As our Human Resources Specialist, you will support the HR team by:
- Coordinating recruiting activities, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
- Managing candidate flow, talent pools, and hiring workflows within BambooHR
- Supporting onboarding preparation, documentation, and new hire activities
- Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and administrative processes
- Assisting with employee communications and engagement initiatives
- Supporting internship, student, and workforce development programs
- Coordinating career fairs, community outreach activities, and employer branding initiatives
- Assisting with HR reporting, metrics, and special projects
About You
At Protocase/45Drives, we place a high value on attitude and aptitude. Some qualities that would help you succeed include:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or a related field
- Experience with BambooHR or other HR systems is considered an asset
