Your New Role

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers

• Perform equipment start-ups and complete low-voltage and high-voltage wiring

• Evacuate, test, charge, and braze line sets according to industry standards

• Maintain organized job sites and care for company vehicles and equipment

• Work closely with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely

• Deliver professional customer service during each installation

• Service areas include Knoxville, Oliver Springs, Harriman, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Rockwood, Kingston, Lenoir City, Loudon, and Sunbright, TN

Requirements

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience or equivalent technical training

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work from ladders when needed

• Must have basic HVAC hand tools

• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
