Your New Role

• Perform HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems in Fort Worth, Texas

• Identify system issues and deliver accurate, effective solutions

• Communicate repair and replacement options clearly to customers

• Complete preventive maintenance and seasonal system tune-ups

• Service key components such as motors, control boards, capacitors, and sensors

• Measure refrigerant levels, airflow, amp draw, and overall system performance

• Handle warranty service according to manufacturer guidelines

• Document all work performed and complete required service reports

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience

• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems preferred

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Solid communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage a service route

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
