Job Summary:

We’re looking for an IAM Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid ICT and cloud-native environments. You’ll help enforce secure access controls, automate governance processes, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across ICT systems and cloud-native identity platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Conduct regular access reviews, user attestation cycles, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis.Ensure access controls align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Implement and manage PAM controls using tools like CyberArk and BeyondTrust to secure administrative accounts and secrets.

Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation for internal and third-party applications using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.

Manage SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

Define and enforce Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication strategies.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM engineering or analysis within enterprise ICT environments

Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM.
