IAM Engineer

Mission:
 

• Design, administer, maintain, secure and optimize enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms that support multiple customers in a 24/7 production environment.
• Act as the IAM technical reference for Microsoft Identity Management technologies, including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM), Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity services.
• Act as the IAM technical reference for ForgeRock Identity Platform capabilities, including Access Management, Identity Management, Directory Services, Identity Gateway, provisioning, authentication, federation and access policy enforcement.
• Provide advanced IAM support, prepare controlled changes, execute integrations and assist application, security, cloud, system, network and service-management teams during incidents, identity lifecycle issues and production interventions.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Microsoft identity, hybrid identity, access management or identity-platform administration in production support environments.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager / Forefront Identity Manager, Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), Entra ID, Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, Conditional Access, MFA and Microsoft 365 identity dependencies.
• Significant hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform components such as Access Management, Identity Management, Directory Services and Identity Gateway, or equivalent enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning, reconciliation, SSO, federation, access policy, directory services, certificates, privileged access and operational security.
• Experience in a multi-customer environment (MSP, outsourcing, hosting provider, operator) is highly appreciated.
• Fluent in English; technical English required to communicate with colleagues, customers and vendors. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Able to work closely with security, application, system, cloud, network and service-management teams, manage priorities and perform under production support conditions.
