We urgently require Customer Service Executive /Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process…(Tech Support) in /US Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Candidate Profile:

· Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year

· Must know how to close their own calls.

· Must have good convincing and sales skills.

. Candidates must be able to join immediately.

· Salary:Rs.15000-25,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives.

· Shift : US Shift

.9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift)

· Working Days: 6 days
