Join Medius and help companies transform the way they work

At Medius, we help organizations simplify and automate finance processes through innovative cloud solutions. We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and support international customers throughout their automation journey.

In this role, you will work closely with customers across different industries, helping them optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and successfully implement Medius solutions. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues in an international environment where knowledge sharing, flexibility, and continuous development are highly valued.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, customer interaction, and business process improvement in a modern SaaS environment.

What you will be doing

• Partner with customers to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

• Guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live

• Advise customers on best practices and solution setup

• Analyze customer workflows and provide recommendations for process optimization

• Support customers in adopting new features and understanding their business impact

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the global Professional Services organization

• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Experience working with cloud-based or SaaS solutions

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A structured and proactive way of working

• Ability to manage several projects and priorities in parallel

• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English

It’s a plus if you also have

• Experience within finance, AP automation, P2P, or accounting processes

• Experience as an Implementation Consultant, Application Consultant, or similar customer-facing role

• Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI

• Project management experience
