As an Industrial Designer at Sungrow, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered, sustainable energy solutions from residential to utility scale. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conduct user-centered research within the European market
• Monitor regulations, design-, technology-, and market-trends to identify future opportunities.
• Translate user needs, market insights, emerging technologies and Corporate Identity into high-quality design concepts.
• Develop innovative concepts while considering engineering feasibility and production costs.
• Collaborate closely with our global design team and coordinate external design partners.

Your profile

You bring a strong design foundation combined with curiosity, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset? Perfect, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You possess a Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering Design, or a related field.
• You have 1-3 years of professional experience as an industrial or product designer or a comparable role.
• You demonstrate strong creative and conceptual skills with a passion for problem-solving.
• You have excellent visual expression skills, a strong sense tor aesthetics, and you are able to communicate an design intend with a bandwidth of Designstyles
• Clear, open, and proactive communication skills
• You are proficient in at least one CAD software such as Rhino 3D or Creo.
• You have very good English skills (C1 level or higher); German and Chinese are a plus.
