Informatica Platform Administrator

• Manage Informatica BDM, BDQ and BDS instances for our Data Lake.

• Perform Informatica BDM, BDQ and BDS upgrades and platform/vendor hotfixes

• Ensure the system’s uptime and performance

• Plan and execute deployment cycles on lower and higher environments

• Manage user and security access

• Perform performance tuning utilizing Informatica BDM, BDQ and BDS native engines.

• Technical Requirements Gathering and Development of Functional Specifications

• Analysis of Various Development Alternatives to Applications, Information Systems and Modules

• Manage Informatica CDC and Kafka Workflows.

• Manage Yarn process and executors alongside Cloudera Admin

Requirements

• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• In-depth experience with BDM, BDQ & BDS – setup, installation, usage, decommissioning.

• In-depth experience with EDC & Advanced Scanner – setup, installation, usage, decommissioning.

• Can provide guidance re: best practices in using Informatica products.

• Some experience working on UNIX systems

• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center (fully onsite)
