Information Systems Analyst / Specialist

We are looking for a Information Systems Analyst / Specialist to join our team at BTA Insurance. As a member of our team, you will work on a Baltic level, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our information systems.

Please note that this position is not a IT support role. The role is focused on information systems maintenance, analysis, testing, and configuration rather than hardware setup, device installation, or day-to-day technical support tasks.

We will entrust you:

• Overseeing the information systems.

• Providing consultations, training users, and assisting in solving their issues.

• Configuring software and maintaining system documentation.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and providing remote support.

• Responding promptly to system disruptions and resolving them.

• Testing new deployments and ensuring quality.

• Creating testing scenarios.

Requirements

You will be an excellent fit for our team if you:

• Have experienced knowledge in SQL (this is a must have).

• Have a degree in Information Technology.

• Have proficiency in English (communication with Baltic colleagues) and Lithuanian (native level) language.

• Are a responsible, honest, and meticulous individual.

• Possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills.

• Can work both independently and as part of a team.

• Are motivated to learn and grow in the IT field.

Salary: EUR 2000 - 2500 gross/month (the salary depends on the candidate’s competencies and can be negotiated based on experience).
