Infrastructure Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Modern Workplace / Endpoint Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of our modern endpoint management environment, with ** Microsoft Intune** at its core.

This is a senior technical role with approximately **30% team leadership responsibilities **, combining strategic ownership with day-to-day engineering.

Tasks

• Own and manage the Microsoft Intune platform.
• Design and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and update strategies.
• Lead Windows Autopilot deployments and modern device provisioning.
• Manage endpoint standards across Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Oversee application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSIX, and Store apps).
• Manage the full device lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and alignment with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access policies.
• Lead and mentor a small Modern Workplace team supporting Teams telephony, meeting room technology, patching, device lifecycle management, and mobile devices.
• Drive standardisation, documentation, and continuous service improvement.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and operational guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise endpoint management or Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and modern device management.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment.
• Previous Team Lead or Team Manager experience.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, device identity, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and device hardening.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience mentoring technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
