We’re a rapidly expanding roofing company looking for an Inside Sales / CSR Representative who’s ready to dominate the phones, convert leads fast, and rise to the top. Here, your drive determines your income, and top performers are recognized, rewarded, and promoted.

What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
Respond to inbound leads within minutes
Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated
Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
Hit and exceed key KPIs:
82%+ booking rate
120+ calls/day
20%+ aggregator conversion
100+ booked estimates/month

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits
First-Year Earnings:
$52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience)
Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions
Performance bonuses
Commission:
0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours
0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
