We are actively seeking an Insurance Assistant to join our offices in Elefsina.
As a Insurance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department.
- Issue and monitor insurance certificates.
- Support the administration and follow-up of insurance claims.
- Monitor insurance policy renewals.
- Communicate with insurance companies, brokers, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the ongoing organization and efficiency
- of the department.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
- Previous experience in an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance brokerage will be considered an asset.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A high school diploma, vocational education, or a degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.
