Intern - Cloud Solutions

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Work on 24/7 operations, including local holidays and weekends. Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Day [ 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.] / Evening [ 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.] / Night [12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.]).
• Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify potential incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites

Qualifications & Experience

• Following or graduated with a degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which supports customer service.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure, is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with an open and flexible mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
