Intern - Marketing Operations

Dashlabs.ai offers a single, end-to-end platform for automating and optimizing healthcare and medical diagnostic lab operations including integration with any lab machine.

• Keep the marketing team on track: follow up on deliverables, flag delays, push for strategic focus over reactive work
• Build and maintain marketing trackers/systems
• Co-develop marketing strategy and priorities
• Turn marketing goals into clear plans and priorities the team can execute
• Coordinate handoffs between marketing, sales, and any other relevant Dashlabs teams
• Possibly assist with DASHCON (November) pre-event coordination and logistics
• Potential for conversion to paid part-time or full-time role based on performance and company needs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills: can build structure from scratch, not just maintain it
• Proven leadership experience is a strong plus
• Strategic thinker
• Comfortable with Google Sheets for building systems
• Direct communicator, firm without being adversarial
• Able to commit 3-6 months minimum, remote - but may require occasional on-site clinic visits within NCR
