Requirements

Position Summary: The role involves managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. The ideal candidate should have ** engineering expertise **, strong knowledge of ** CX and CRM tools **, and experience working in an ** MNC environment **.

Key Duties

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales activities.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide insights to the external sales team.
  • Handle documentation and coordination for import and export transactions
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports for sales tracking and performance evaluation.

External Sales Support

  • Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support.
  • Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Hands-on experience in CX and CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Experience working in an MNC environment with cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ** MIS reporting **.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
