PCB Connect is organized as a corporate group, PCB Connect Holding AB and 13 other companies spread over 18 different countries, employing around 130 people with a turnover above 50m USD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Register customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders with precision.

• Customer & Supplier Interaction: Handle order confirmations and maintain proactive/reactive communication.

• Negotiation: Engage in basic negotiations on price and lead-time to ensure the best outcomes.

• Quotations: Prepare accurate and timely quotations to meet customer needs.

Language Skills:

• German: Fluent (not native, but fluency is essential). The language of the customers.

• Dutch: A strong plus.

• Chinese & Dutch: The dream combination!

Technical Skills:

• ERP Systems: Proficient with systems like Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.

• CRM Systems: Comfortable using CRM tools.

• Office Software: Skilled in using Outlook, Teams, and other general office software.

Preferred Experience:

• Electronics Knowledge: Experience in the electronics industry is a big plus.

• PCB Experience: If you have experience with PCBs, you’re our dream candidate!

Location & Working Conditions:

• Location: Work from either our NL or DE office – the choice is yours!Eindhoven or Göppingen

• Full time (40hrs/wk).
