About this role
We are hiring high-energy, fast-paced Outbound Sales Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for our US customers. Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects daily.

Use high-performance scripts, tonality, and objection handling techniques.

Qualify prospects within the first 30–90 seconds of conversation.

Warm transfer interested leads to Appointment Setters in real time.

Maintain consistent calling speed, energy, and professionalism.

Meet or exceed all KPIs for:

Call volume
-
Qualified transfers

Talk time
-
Conversion percentage

Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Participate in daily coaching, feedback sessions, and role-plays.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:

Sales
-
Outbound calling
-
Telemarketing
-
Customer service (inbound/outbound)

Inside sales

Strong English communication skills and confidence on the phone.

Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, KPI-heavy environment.

Thick skin, comfortable handling rejection repeatedly.

Coachable, disciplined, and willing to apply feedback immediately.
