Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated International Call Center Executives with proven experience in US outbound sales to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to handle objections while delivering a customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to US customers as per assigned campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and effectively pitch products/services
  • Handle customer objections confidently and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in CRM systems
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall campaign performance
  • Stay calm and composed while handling pressure and high call volumes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Undergraduate or Graduate qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in an International Call Center (US market preferred)
  • Mandatory outbound sales experience
  • Must have worked in an international calling environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong sales acumen with a go-getter attitude
