• Responsible of managing end-to-end employee lifecycle in the organization.
• Manage HR Operations for the employees including employee data.
• Manage the recruitment plan - liaison with agencies/ recruitment team, shortlist profiles and conduct interviews.
• Completely manage the payroll & ensure timely payout of salaries.
• Resolve employee issues with respect to leave, appraisal, salary etc being a single point of contact.
• Be the owner of all HR policies, documents etc.
