Interventional Radiologist Oman

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our team in Oman. This role involves utilizing advanced imaging techniques to perform diagnostic and therapeutic minimally invasive procedures. You will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes by providing expert interventional radiology services within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, biopsies, and drainages.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in interventional radiology and actively participate in continuing medical education.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Oman.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in interventional radiology.
• Proficiency in a wide range of interventional procedures and imaging modalities.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.
