The team is expanding and is looking to recruit an Inventory Clerk whose responsibilities will be critical in helping the business run smoothly during its next phase of growth. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations

Support the Inventory Team with:

  • Receiving of components
  • Kitting of Manufacturing Orders
  • Pick and Pack of outgoing shipments
  • Inventory control
  • Stock take
  • Preparing and uploading of Final Quality Check documentation
  • Completing ad-hoc inventory tasks
  • Office administration
  • General housekeeping

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast paced team
  • Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and handle pressure
  • Clear communication (both verbal and written)
  • “Can do” attitude and willingness to help in variety of tasks, including occasional tasks unrelated to the core role- we’re a small company and “everyone sweeps the floor”
  • While some experience (1-3 years post education) is helpful, this role is also open to graduates.
