รายละเอียดงาน

• Inventory Accuracy & Transaction Control

• Own end-to-end inventory accuracy across ERP and WMS systems
• Monitor and validate all inventory transactions (receipts, put-away, transfers, picking, adjustments)
• Ensure system stock balances always match physical inventory
• Investigate discrepancies and prevent recurring errors

• Inventory Variance & Loss Prevention

• Perform root cause analysis for inventory variances, shrinkage, and stock loss
• Identify process gaps, system issues, and human errors
• Implement loss prevention controls and corrective actions
• Monitor and control inventory adjustments and write-offs

• Consignment Inventory Control

• Control and reconcile consignment inventory with business partners
• Validate consignment reports (sales, returns, stock balances)
• Investigating discrepancies between partner reports and internal systems
• Ensure proper accounting and documentation for consignment stock movements
  
  

• Cycle Count & Stock Take Management
• FEFO, Lot & Batch Control
• Warehouse, Transport & Operations Coordination
• Inventory Reporting & Monitoring
• SOP, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  
  คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and control mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-SKU inventory environments
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in using relevant systems and software, including MS Excel; experience with Barcode Systems, SAP B1, and WMS is preferred
  • Good command of English (written and reading)
