IT Assitant Manager

Role: IT Assistant Manager

Requirements:

·Four-year university degree in Information Systems, computer systems or computer science and 5+ years equivalent work experience.

·Certifications in PMP is an advantage

·3+ years of in managing and delivering Dynamic CRM projects

·Having background in SAP would be an asset.

·Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.

·Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.

·In-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011,2013) is an advantage

·Preferably has knowledge and experience in other Microsoft products like BizTalk, Sharepointetc

·Working knowledge of data center operations

·Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including routers, firewall and IDS/IPS.

·Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

·Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Must be a good team player who has initiative and is highly motivated.
