iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

We are looking for a Banking IT Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects
  • Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs
  • Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates
  • Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation
  • Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency
  • Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related degrees
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies
  • Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience
  • Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)
