• ·Operations team member involved in the design and deployment of Cisco Call Manager solutions and IPT Deployments

• ·Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice (Avaya or IPT) and data network issues

• ·Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues.

Skills/Experience:

• ·2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail

• ·5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues

• ·Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers

• ·Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills .
