- Define operational scope and procedures for IT service handover, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to established standards
- Deliver comprehensive IT support across all service levels, including 1st level service desk, 2nd level technical support, and 3rd level assistance for complex IT solutions
- Manage and prioritize Service Requests and Incidents, ensuring timely resolution and optimal resource allocation
- Administer, monitor, and operate existing IT systems and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and availability
- Develop, approve, and maintain IT continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure business resilience
- Administer user identity and access management, controlling system access and maintaining security protocols
- Ensure security protection and implement technical solutions for all IT systems, maintaining compliance with organizational security standards
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Experience: 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, or junior System Administration (relevant internships will be considered).
Core Systems: Foundational knowledge and basic hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure management, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic virtualization concepts (e.g., VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
Networking & Cloud: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing/Switching) with exposure to Cisco equipment, IP Telephony, or cloud environments like Microsoft Azure.
Troubleshooting & Support: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.
