About this role

Optimiza is looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to support our IT project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or support, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid CAPM or PMP Certification is a must
