We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Phoenix and we are seeking a motivated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The IT Assistant will be responsible for assisting our IT Manager with all tasks related to the technology systems that the law firm uses including maintaining the integrity of computer workstations and software, acting as a point of contact for employees who experience computer issues, and serving as a reference point to all IT-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for employees in person, over the phone, and remotely.
- Set up, configure, and deploy computers, monitors, printers, and other office equipment.
- Assist employees with password resets, login issues, and basic technical questions.
- Assist with maintaining ongoing communication with telecommunications providers and partner companies to support phone number remediation efforts, coordinate service requests, verify account information, and ensure timely resolution of phone-related issues.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Maintain inventory of computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Help maintain computer workstations and ensure systems are updated.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and recovering equipment.
- Relocate and set up workstations as needed.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher level technical staff.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with technology-related projects as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and customer-service-oriented approach when assisting employees.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years of IT experience or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with EAC, Intune, and/or basic networking concepts.
- Knowledge of VoIP phone systems or mobile device management is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments.
- Professional, discreet, quick learner with the ability to work independently.
