We are excited to introduce a hands-on IT role at the heart of our European operations. As our IT Support Engineer based in Athens, you will be the go-to person for reliable, secure, and user-focused IT services, supporting both our local office and colleagues across the wider Balkan region. - Provide high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users in the Athens office and surrounding region.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and identity-related topics in a hybrid environment.
- Manage workplace devices and compliance using Microsoft Intune, ensuring smooth onboarding and daily operations.
- Support local implementation of security and compliance measures, including Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access.
- Act as the primary IT contact for the Athens office, owning incidents, assets, and local infrastructure topics.
- Collaborate closely with regional IT teams to align local operations with European and global IT standards.
Your profile

- Several years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and end-user support in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, security tooling, or networking fundamentals is a strong plus.
- English and Greek at C1 level; one or more European languages at B2 level or higher is a plus.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in an international setup.
