We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure management in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels.
- Manage and monitor systems using **ConnectWise RMM **.
- Utilize Autotask PSA for ticket management, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance through RMM tools.
- Manage and verify **data backups and disaster recovery processes **.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve **virus/malware/security threats **.
- Provide remote end-user support including software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure IT systems meet **security and performance standards **.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator (Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong experience with:
* **ConnectWise RMM**
* **Autotask PSA**
* Remote troubleshooting and endpoint management
- Experience handling **backups, antivirus management, and system security **.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows operating systems and desktop environments **.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve **complex technical issues remotely **.
