IT Support & Systems Engineer

A leading energy company in Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain corporate servers across physical and virtual environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and system issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor, maintain, and test backup and restore procedures while contributing to business continuity planning.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and technology upgrades.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, and Routing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.
