Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve Level 2 and 3 support tickets efficiently and effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Proactive monitoring of the entire infrastructure and rapid incident response
• Manage and maintain the IT park, ensuring all equipment is functional and up-to-date
• Act as a liaison with IT service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the proper functioning of communication and collaboration tools
• Regularly update software and perform routine system checks
• Implementation of IT projects and architectural changes
• Maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service quality
• Follow ITIL standards
• Stay informed about new IT trends and solutions

Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Mid-level position, suitable for candidates with initial professional experience or strong academic background
• Must be fluent in English; French; German is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory / Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts
• Ability to perform system monitoring and respond to infrastructure alerts
• Capable of handling Level 3 escalations under supervision
• Powershell scripting knowledge
• Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to technical documentation
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and evolve toward a senior system administrator role
