Job description:

Client help transform IT organizations by developing business led IT strategies through effective deployment of ITIL, by developing the right strategy for sourcing, through effective governance and by developing a compelling case for change. Client work alongside the CIO and their team, developing, deploying and implementing transformative solutions. Client is looking for outstanding candidates with a strong drive to succeed who are enthusiastic about technology and motivated to achieve the clients' business objectives through solutions that go beyond the latest thinking and accepted wisdom.

Job requirement:

• On assignment, manages day-to-day client relationships

• Acts as an assignment manager on small and medium-sized assignments, supervising small teams of two or three consultants while responsible for quality, profit and project planning

• Participates in service proposition, business development work and thought leadership

• Is receiving training in sales, operating assignments and communication skills

• Where appropriate, personal career development, potentially resulting in promotion to Managing Consultant, will be encouraged

Required qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science or engineering

• 8-10 years of work experience

• Experience delivering transformative IT projects/major change projects

• Demonstrated tenure at previous employers

• Consulting experience at large a firm

• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills

• Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation

• The ability to successfully manage client expectations and relationships

• Entrepreneurial, with creative thinking skills

Qualifications
