We at Coforge are hiring Javascript Frontend Mid-Level - Angular Engineer with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Angular components, pages, and UI behaviors for the external web portal.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces supporting key workflows such as authentication, user and permission management, catalog navigation, notifications, and download experiences.
• Integrate frontend features with backend REST APIs, ensuring reliable data flow and proper handling of edge cases.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and contribute to improving code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Follow established coding standards and development workflows, actively incorporating feedback from code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, DevOps, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve knowledge in Angular, UI engineering, and secure web application practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and component-based frontend architecture.
• Good understanding of responsive design, browser behavior, and modern frontend development principles.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and debugging integration issues.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and frontend testing/debugging tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience delivering Angular-based web applications in professional or project environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Awareness of accessibility standards and secure web application design practices.
