• You develop a future-oriented operations strategy together with the client and translate strategic challenges into concrete improvement initiatives.
• You analyze core processes, operating models, and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• You design and implement smart, data-driven and technology-driven solutions – such as automation and AI – to sustainably improve performance.
• You work in multidisciplinary teams to thoroughly understand the complex challenges of (inter)national public organizations.
• You present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly, and facilitate work sessions and interviews.
• You gain practical experience in all aspects of project management within the public domain and apply this to new assignments and clients.

Qualifications

You are naturally solution-oriented and effectively communicate problem-solving ideas. But more importantly, you bring your own strengths, worldview, and personality. Additionally, as a Junior Consultant you have:

• A university Master’s degree with strong academic results;
• participated in extracurricular activities or gained relevant learning experiences through a student, study, or sports association;
• an interest in consultancy and process optimization as shown by your studies, internships, or work experience;
• an affinity with the public sector;
• strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations;
• excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
