Junior Energy Market Analyst

The role will:

• Develop and deliver fixed-price electricity agreements that meet the specific requirements of medium voltage clients
• Analyze trends in the Greek and European electricity markets to uncover opportunities and support decision-making
• Design and refine models for forecasting electricity market prices, leveraging historical data and market dynamics
• Submit load declarations to HEnEx in accordance with established procedures
• Manage forward products and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring portfolio optimization

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical or Computer Engineering) with specialization in Energy
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office 365, with strong focus on complex excel spreadsheets
• Familiarity with programming tools for data analysis & reporting (Python, SQL)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in similar position is a plus
• Knowledge or understanding of the Energy Markets will be considered a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Work equally well independently or as part of team
