As a Junior Healthcare Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of projects in digital health and communication with pharmaceutical companies, monitoring daily activities and KPIs to be achieved. You will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Manage projects in its entirety: design and planning of activities, verification of progress, strict adherence to delivery deadlines;
- Coordination of the work team (developers, designers) ensuring adherence to timelines;
- Interfacing with pharmaceutical companies;
- Meet the timelines shared with the client for project releases;
- Manage provider and service costs;
- Develop and achieve internal KPIs; analyze KPIs in a timely manner, highlighting deviations and introducing corrective actions;
Requirements
- Economic Degree (Economic & management, Marketing,Strategic & management)
- High mastery in the use of the Microsoft package(Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Fluent in Italian and English (minimum level B2); any other language is appreciated.
- Digital and communication skills;
- Interest in digital health;
- Practical mindset: you are able to find practical, simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize workload and motivation: you are determined to work in a young, dynamic and fast-growing environment;
- You are an agile, forward-thinking innovator: you are able to thrive with your team, even while occasionally managing ambiguity and/or conflicting priorities and demands;
- Be a great communicator and able to work in team, with strong interpersonal skills;
