What You’ll Do
- Set up and support computers, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Help install and configure new workstations and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with Wi-Fi, networking equipment, and system maintenance
- Support employee onboarding with device setup and account access
- Help maintain secure and updated systems
- Participate in hands-on projects including equipment installs and office setup
- Travel locally to support nearby clinic locations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and computer setup
- Interest in networking, troubleshooting, and IT support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory
Exposure to networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, etc.)
Experience through internships, coursework, certifications, or personal projects
Interest in healthcare technology or cybersecurity
