Junior Planning Manager (East)

• Complete planning tasks under supervision with growing independence.

• Execute planning of standard and moderately advanced tactics within defined frameworks.

• Conduct audience research and build target audience profiles.

• Create structured presentations using RFP templates.

• Collaborate with internal teams on task execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 9–12 months of experience in media or digital marketing.

• General understanding of digital channels and campaign strategy.

• Hands-on experience with social media, paid social, or any other digital channels.

• English proficiency: at least B2.

• Basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
