Job Summary

We’re looking for a junior project manager (human) to join our in-house creative team in Amsterdam.

We’re not looking for the finished product, but we are looking for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, enjoys working with other humans, and is ready to take ownership from day one. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Project Manager and creative team to help plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that support the Polaroid brand worldwide. You'll be exposed to every stage of the creative process, from project intake and planning to production and final delivery, gaining hands-on experience while building a strong foundation in creative operations and project management.

An appreciation of the creative process and the analog is a must.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day project coordination and administrative workflows

• Enable consistency across tools, timelines, and documentation

• Support structured demand intake and ensure requests are properly captured

• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation

• Ensure project documentation is structured, up to date, and accessible

• Maintain asset management accuracy and consistency

• Coordinate translation requests and asset flows

• Support production logistics

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of project management or asset management experience, ideally within an agency, brand, or creative environment

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience with project management and asset management platforms (Bynder, Float, Smartling and similar)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

• Someone who is highly reliable, conscientious, able to work independently and take initiative

• The kind of person who remains calm under pressure

About the team

Our creative team is intentionally small. We work closely across concept, copy, photography, design, and production to make work that feels true to Polaroid’s culture and legacy.

Everyone contributes ideas. Everyone cares about craft. Everyone has to be comfortable switching between the big, romantic version of Polaroid, and the practical reality of getting the thing made.
