Junior Sustainability Consultant

Are you a young engineer passionate about making the building sector more sustainable? Do you want to contribute to large-scale projects while working alongside industry leaders?

SuReal is a fast-growing international consultancy with offices in Brussels and Milan, advising private and public organizations on sustainable buildings and cities. We focus on quantifiable sustainability solutions, cutting through greenwashing to drive real impact.

Your Role

• Advise architects, developers, and engineers on sustainable building design

• Guide and evaluate sustainability certifications (BREEAM, WELL, etc.)

• Oversee energy, comfort and material studies (EPB, LCA, daylight and thermal simulations)

• Soon, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, managing organization, timing, and budget. And act as the client’s go-to sustainability expert, inspiring them to go the extra mile

Requirements

What You Bring

• A Master’s in engineering (civil, construction, energy, architecture) or equivalent experience

• A strong drive to create impact and continuously grow your expertise

• Knowledge of EPB, dynamic simulations, or project management is a plus

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

• Fluency in Dutch or French, with strong English skills
