Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity

We're looking for a friendly and flexible assistant to join our fantastic Kitchen team.

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for delivering efficient food service to our residents and providing a high level of customer service.

You will support the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager through washing dishes and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen and scullery areas clean, tidy, and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a commercial kitchen or similar environment
• Highly motivated, able to take initiative, and flexible.
• Great hygiene standards and commitment to health and safety
• Ability to work closely with, and support, your colleagues
