Landscaping Supervisor

As a Landscaping Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for leading and managing the landscaping team to ensure the resort’s gardens, grounds, and outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Landscaping Manager to design, implement, and maintain aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscapes that enhance the resort’s natural beauty and guest experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, horticultural expertise, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, landscape design, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience in team management, training, and performance evaluation.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform landscaping tasks, including lifting and operating equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
