Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Manage suspicious and non-compliant material

  • Troubleshooting according to the 8D methodology and AS063 guidelines

  • Communicating the progress and results of problem analysis in the organization and to the customer

  • Determining and supervising the implementation of corrective actions

  • Determining the scope of rework according to AS064

  • Gap analysis and action generation for continuous improvement

  • Coordinate sorting actions

  • Defining and supervising IIP in accordance with AS412

  • Reporting of quality process indicators

  • Representing Autoliv from the quality side of customers and suppliers and audit bodies

  • Support for line acceptances/modifications

  • Issuing and managing complaints to suppliers (D1-D3)

  • Record costs related to the occurrence of nonconformance from the supplier and issue charges related to it

  • Defining MVP/MCP and control and measurement methods

  • Verification that the results of APDS activities are documented and meet the requirements of Autoliv and customers

  • Submission of PPAP documentation to customers

  • Ensuring the availability and up-to-date inspection plan in the pre-series and series production phases

  • Active participation in customer visits, audits and system audits

  • Conducting commissioned internal audits · Identify threats and escalate to the right level

  • Participation in the creation of the SC/CC, PFMEA list.

  • Development of Error Proofing and Poka-Yoke

  • Support for the implementation and maintenance of the Lessons Learned system

  • Support for market return analysis for cases where APA participation is required

  • Communicating project status, customer-specific requirements (CSR) and retraining requirements within the organization

If you have/are:

  • Higher education

  • Knowledge of 8D methodology

  • Knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, CP, PF, MSA, SPC)

  • Execute and complete a project as a team leader · Certifications from automotive Core Tools

  • Auditor certificate VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949:2016

  • CSR certificates of customers from the Automotive industry

  • Knowledge of: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX

  • Knowledge of VDA Standards, Knowledge of AIAG Standards

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to organize work and prioritize

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Availability to travel
