Do you enjoy working outside, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Whether you're an experienced lawn care professional or someone eager to learn a skilled trade, EarthCraft Landscaping wants to hear from you.
We're looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to work alongside our Lawn Care Account Manager, helping residential and commercial clients achieve healthier, greener, weed-free properties. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.
No pesticide license? No problem. We are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest management treatments
- Visit residential and commercial properties throughout the area
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit the client
- Track materials, inventory, and job information
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, agriculture, or related fields is helpful but not required
- Pesticide certification is a plus, but we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain certification
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
