We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about helping people learn, grow, and succeed.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll spend your time facilitating impactful learning experiences, partnering with stakeholders, and continuously improving training programs that help employees succeed from Day One. This is not a strategic, managerial, or enterprise-wide L&D role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
What You'll Do
Own Learning Programs End-to-End
Take ownership of onboarding and training programs for assigned operational roles.
Manage the full training lifecycle, including planning, preparation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor learner progress and program effectiveness through feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure learning programs support business goals and employee readiness.
Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the programs you manage.
Deliver Exceptional Learning Experiences
Facilitate onboarding and foundational training programs for new hires.
Deliver engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and coaching environments.
Create a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
Build learner confidence and capability through effective facilitation and coaching.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience across multiple training cohorts.
Develop and Improve Training Content
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, learner guides, and facilitator resources.
Continuously assess learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with stakeholders to address performance gaps through learning solutions.
Support learning systems and digital learning initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Facilitation, or a related field.
Experience delivering training within a BPO, operations, customer service, sales support, or similar environment.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exposure to Articulate, Captivate, or other learning authoring tools.
Demonstrated experience owning training or onboarding programs through the full learning lifecycle.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence engaging learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A genuine passion for learning and developing people.
We're also open to high-potential candidates with less experience who bring exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
Salesforce experience.
Training, facilitation, or instructional design certifications.
A portfolio demonstrating training materials, facilitation experience, or learning projects. (Preferred but not required.)
